We’re searching for a Processes Intelligence Team?Leader with strong skills in managing, analysing amp; visualising data. An excellent communicator who can lead a team, is able to strategize for long-term objectives, and can effectively prioritise requests from stakeholders. The GOAL is to optimise the Data Processing workflow (using automation and AI) and supervise the continuous development of our main product: content regarding global study choices.
Process intelligence is a term used to describe the practice of analysing, monitoring, and optimizing business processes using data-driven insights. It is a part of the broader field of Business Process Management (BPM) and leverages technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and data analytics to provide actionable insights for process improvement.
Studyportals’ Romanian office is known as the Studyportals Intelligence Agency (SIA) and is based in the heart of Bucharest.

Why are we searching for you?
We have 45 people working tirelessly to update information for +200.000 English taught studies around the world. This involves a lot of manual labour, and we need someone to make it more efficient to boost productivity and minimize frustration. The more accurate information we add on the portals, the more we impact our visitors in making a crucial life decision: where to study.
Your mission - should you choose to accept it - is to ensure that our database continues to grow in effective ways, while also meeting the quality standards. The main challenge is to transform most of the manual labour performed by Data Processing teams using automation tools and AI. Your team is really at the core of the annual strategy for content development amp; updates; you need to research, document, plan and prioritise the operational steps for the other four Data teams.

What are your three main goals?
- Maintain a high level of accuracy for our study choice data by striving to maintain a Data Quality Score of at least 98.08%.
- Develop efficient strategies for the Data Processing department to increase productivity, such as doubling the number of programs that Data Processors can update/insert each day.
- Establish roadmaps and milestones for our team to support Studyportals' overarching objective: becoming the #1 platform for study choices.
How does your team look like?
You will report to General Director of SIA. Your team consists of 4 technicians who are all super nice and very dedicated. Two Data Analysts, the former Ramp;D Lead who switched to a Jr. Data Engineer role - a superb source of information having done the job for many years, and a Software Automation Engineer. Process Intelligence constantly chats with the operational teams in the Data department, as well as with the Product, Marketing and Commercial teams across many countries (Netherlands, UK, Australia, US, and Mexico).
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the data processors to help them achieve their goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), recognizing that content is a driving force behind the product and the company's success.
- Exploring development opportunities, with a specific emphasis on developing automation strategies utilizing artificial intelligence (AI).
- Managing, coaching amp; supporting your team of technical professionals.
- Continuously monitoring and analysing process data to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation, while providing regular progress reports to senior management.
- Collaborating with other departmental staff, such as Data Processing teams, Product Engineering, Commercial amp; Consultancy, to identify significant bottlenecks and formulate an action plan to address them.
