We’re looking for a Tech Lead Developer (Java and Blockchain) with strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude to join our team of professionals!
About the project:
We are looking to create EU-wide cross-border public services using blockchain technology. To achieve this complex goal, we have established Blockchain Services Infrastructure and enabled all European blockchain companies to become a part of it. We demonstrated the potential for Relational Blockchain Nebula (RBN) to address two important use cases: Digital Product Passports and Intellectual Property Rights.
About the candidate:
The candidate should have experience of working with Java or Kotlin, as well as SQL. As the project is fully based on relational blockchain, the person will have to be flexible enough to learn the Rell language in a short period of time. It is also important to keep in mind that the person should be able to read large amounts of information and write reports on the work conducted. Thus, it should be a profile that would combine a developer with a theory-interested person capable of taking on challenges.

Location: Remote from EU countries
Requirements
The Tech Lead will lead a team of 10+ developers. Their tasks will include coordinating and prioritizing the work between different teams; working closely with the core team; working on the complex features that will contribute to the software package.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including leading tech teams
- Languages and frameworks: Java or Kotlin, SQL or PostgreSQL
- Architecture amp; platforms: AWS; Google Cloud; Rest; Docker
- Methods: Agile Methods
- Academic background/Enterprise-level tech documentation experience
- English is a working language
- Experience working with blockchain enterprise solutions is a plus
