Overview
Arkadium is looking for a Data analyst to work with our mobile apps. In this role, you have the opportunity to work closely with our product owners, designers and develops to provide high level support on our games and apps.
If you have experience in web analytics, are passionate about casual games and have a desire to improve user experience and engagement through data, then we’d love to hear from you!
This is a contract role with the potential to transition to a permanent position. This role is 100% remote and is open to candidates based in Romania. Business hours are 10am to 7pm in Romania.
Responsibilities:
- Provide deep dive analysis of user behavior
- Investigate the impact of changes made to our products
- Provide LTV and retention analysis
- Tag apps to understand how they are performing and support tagging documentation
- Support automated reporting and creation of dashboards (Power BI)
- Help create, monitor, and summarize the results of A/B Testing
- Provide critical analysis to internal clients
- Run ad-hoc and standard reports as needed to support our teams
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Mathematics, Computer Science (Masters degree a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Expert with Excel and Power BI
- Intermediate to advance SQL skill, Big Query and Databricks
- Experience with various Analytical tools such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, AppCenter, Web analytics using Google Analytics or Application Insights or Python
