Together with our client, we are looking for an experienced Mid/Senior QA Engineer to join our team. Our business partner is a financial sciences company, combining data analysis, invention, and rigorous inquiry to help solve the toughest challenges in investment management, insurance technology, securities, private equity, and venture capital. The team of scientists, technologists, and academics looks beyond the traditional to develop creative solutions to some of the world’s most complex economic problems.
Tech stack: JavaScript, Cypress, Postman, JMeter
Location: Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, Romania, Remote
Salary:
MID:
B2B: 2 300 - 3 400 EUR NET
CoE: 1 700 - 2 600 EUR GROSS
SENIOR:
B2B: 3 600 - 4 600 EUR NET
CoE: 3 000 - 3 800 EUR GROSS
Duties:
- Discover bugs and regressions
- Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
- Thoroughly test new features before release to customers
- Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to create test plans
- Write automated e2e tests with JavaScript and Cypress
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a QA role
- Good level of JavaScript, able to code complex tests
- Experience with e2e testing frameworks (ideally Cypress or similar)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Very good written and verbal English skills (B2)
