Are you looking for a challenge this summer to develop your testing skills? Let's team up! We offer you 2 months of paid internship in Software Testing Management with the opportunity to work on multiple real projects with big customers like Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Tik Tok), Warner Brothers, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Craigslist and many others. We give you the tools and knowledge to build the foundations of your test management expertise. You just bring your curiosity, enthusiasm, and your sharp mind!
Who are we?
We are Global App Testing, and we want to change the way software is tested to make it easier, faster and more convenient than ever before! We are currently over 110 people spread across the world, with offices in London, Krakow and Cluj. We’re growing rapidly and recruiting for multiple positions :)
What are we building?
At the moment we are focusing on a new product in our platform that will revolutionize the market - it allows you to delegate manual testing of the application you are working on to our community of testers from all over the world. You will get the first results (from several testers) after only 2 hours, also on weekends. You can trigger testing through our UI... or directly from the tools used every day, such as Jira, GitHub Actions or Slack! Join us, and help us bring this new product to a whole new level!
What is Test Management?
Our company works with crowdsourced testing. We have a pool of 60.000 freelance testers from all over the world. Test Managers are the liaisons between the customers and the testers, making sure quality test results are delivered to our customers within the agreed deadlines.
Your challenge: have a walk through the testing techniques and approaches, guided by one of our Test Managers, then apply and build upon these notions while handling real-life testing challenges for our clients. You will analyze risks, develop a testing strategy, run tests and report on your performance.

What do we expect?
- Very good communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Structured and analytical thinking, attention to details
- Enthusiasm to learn new things;
- Flexibility regarding new opportunities;
- Independence and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the testing process is a big plus
- Previous experience with databases such as JIRA is a plus;
When does it start?
- August-September (Flexible, depending on your availability).
