Job Description

You will be working within the Solution Delivery Team, specifically in the SD QA Team as an Associate Configuration QA. The SD QA team works closely with the Configuration Team and the UK Consultants, and also with other best practice teams across the business in order to ensure the quality of the product delivered to our clients.

You will be closely working with our product Darwin, a cloud-based global benefits management and employee engagement software, used by some of the world’s most innovative companies.

The role and your mission:
  • Analyzing various business requirements from clients
  • Develop test cases based on previously defined criteria
  • Executing test cases using agreed methods and standards
  • Identify and raise defects against failed tests
  • Reporting defects to the Configuration Team, so that these get fixed
  • Verify and validate defects after they have been fixed
  • Run regression testing to ensure the behavior of the product still performs correctly
  • Reporting test results to managers and/or other colleagues in a clear and concise manner
  • Lesson Learnt documents (based on testing inputs from previous projects)
  • Providing support and supervision for the Configuration Team regarding the development and execution of custom and standard unit testing test cases
  • Analyzes defects and looks at ways to improve the common areas of mistakes
  • Testing new features on our test environment making sure these are working as expected and are aligned with our clients’ needs
  • Ad-hoc business travel if required project based

Requirements

Your experience and values:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven experience as a QA, tester or similar role
  • Confident in speaking with people and dealing with challenges and tight deadlines
  • A passion about delivering an excellent product to our clients
  • Good understanding of the testing lifecycle
  • A strong passion about knowledge sharing
  • Strong MS Excel and general presentations skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Good logical and numerical reasoning
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
