Key Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing e-commerce Customer Service and Technical Support in German/English via phone, chat, email and/or social media. You will primarily provide sales assistance around premium fashion products, helping process new orders, responding to customer inquiries and coordinate returns/repairs.
• Responsible for handling customer support and technical-support related questions of customers and partners
• Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer
• Help customers with information about the products and services, using relevant call handling protocols outlined in the Procedures
• Maintain the highest level of quality in every customer interaction
• Ensure compliance with customer Data Privacy and Security Policy
• Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners
Requirements
IT Requirements:
You will be provided with all the IT hardware (desktop PC/laptop, headset, etc), but we do require a few essential things from you in return:
1. Hard-wired internet capability (not data/wireless wifi)
2. Unlimited internet plan/usage
3. Minimum of 40mbps download speed
4. LAN cable
5. Professional home-working set up (quiet/dedicated office space/etc)
Required Skills/Experience:
• At least a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experince in a Customer Service is nice to have role (Retail, Hospitality, Shared Services/Contact Centre, etc)
• Both Dutch and English (B2 level)
• Positive and enthusiastic personality and approach to work
• Patient, empathetic, and great written and verbal communication skills
• Basic troubleshooting and computer skills
