Your mission: The Coupa System Administrator is responsible for solution engineering, recommending process improvements and implementing enhancements to Coupa and other applications in the procurement IT landscape. Additionally, the Coupa Administrator is responsible for automating interfaces between Coupa and other key business systems (e.g. NetSuite, Workday, Amazon Business)This is what you'll do at UiPath:
  • Design, develop, test and deploy Coupa, Simple legal features and enhancements; build customizations using extensions and scripts to meet business needs
  • Developing and maintaining customized fields, workflow configuration, reporting changes, and related administration duties.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues
  • Actively identify opportunities to leverage Coupa functionality to improve efficiency
  • Manage requests for new Coupa features or functionality and assist with the prioritization of these requests
  • Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and implementing ways to improve system performance.
  • PTP subject matter expertise with knowledge of creation, approval and maintenance of contracts, requisitions and invoices with emphasis on automation tools and integration with existing cloud solutions such as Adaptive for department budget information.
  • Work with Finance and technical teams to translate requirements and deliver system solutions covering all facets of testing, documentation and communications.
  • Coupa expertise includes support and assisting SOX compliance and audits.
  • Process driven individual with excellent communication skills
  • Work with other technical teams to successfully integrate Coupa amp; simple legal with other business systems
  • Expertise building and designing web services with API, REST, JSON amp; XML
  • Ensure that change control procedures are implemented and used for all production deployments

This is what you'll bring to our team:
  • 4-5 years of experience with Procurement systems, including 3 years of technical hands-on experience with Coupa and similar SaaS products
  • Technical expertise in managing business systems in a high-volume environment
  • Thorough understanding of ERP modules - including procure-to-pay (purchasing, receiving, accounts payable), order-to-cash (invoicing, accounts receivable, revenue recognition) and record-to-report (general ledger, fixed assets, multibook and billing)
  • Team oriented with a collaborative approach toward problem-solving
  • Experience supporting high-volume transactions; exposure to programming languages such as Java, Java Script, Groovy or similar languages is desirable
  • Proficient using MS office amp; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Attitude amp; work ethic adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment
