DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
Understand client needs, create a positive first impression, and establish a foundation for lasting relationships through exceptional customer engagement.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to existing clients.
Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing arrangements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
Native/fluent in Romanian (C1) and English, both oral and written
Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
Passionate and enthusiastic about the industry or field.
Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail, internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
Ability to work independently, drive personal performance, and take ownership of professional development and skill enhancement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively through phone, email, video, and in-person interactions.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals through strategic leadership and collaboration across teams.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Valid driving license and access to a car (expenses covered by the company).
