Technical Documentalist (Remote)

Job Description
If you are a Documentalist with knowledge in Software Engineering and a passion for organizing and managing access to documentation and files through an organization; if you enjoy working in a positive, fast-paced, highly interactive Agile environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you and your career.
What will you do?
- Manage documentation for technical and management groups.
- Labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents for ease of use.
- Retrieving documents upon request.
- Outlining a long-term storage strategy.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company.
- Training employees on efficient documentation usage.
- Assisting with both internal and external audits.
- Ensuring documentation integrity.
- Controlling access to documents.
- Removing documents that are obsolete.
Requirements
- Degree in communications or related field.
- Education or knowledge in software engineering.
- Experience manageing technical documentation.
- Very strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Detail-orientation, thoroughness, reliability, and ability to prioritize required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English is a must.
