Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (Sportsbook software) who is ready to take ownership of the whole Product lifecycle. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the role will involve creating and executing a comprehensive product strategy based on market trends, user feedback, and business objectives related to our Sportsbook software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with the company's overall goals.

• Understand the needs and preferences of both bettors and operators through user research and feedback.
• Translate user insights into actionable product improvements and features. Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to create and maintain a detailed product roadmap.
• Utilise data analytics to monitor product performance and user behaviour.
• Make informed decisions based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
• Work closely with the QA team to maintain high standards of product quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective go-to-market strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and training to ensure a deep thorough understanding of the product.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or equivalent field is a plus.
• Three years or more experience as a Product Manager within the sports betting or gaming industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing sportsbook software products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the online gambling industry.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multi-location teams in an agile environment.
