As a Mid-level Game Engineer at PTW Gaming Services, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining complex game systems and features, ensuring performance and scalability in our AA/AAA games. Collaborating closely with designers, artists, and other engineers, you will develop and iterate on game mechanics and gameplay systems to create exceptional gaming experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain complex game systems and features, ensuring high performance and scalability for our AA/AAA games.
- Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other engineers to develop and iterate on game mechanics and gameplay systems, enhancing player experiences.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to game development, contributing to the efficient and smooth development of game features.
- Utilize your knowledge of game engine architecture and experience with tools and middleware to optimize development workflows and achieve project goals.
- Actively participate in code reviews and provide valuable feedback to maintain code quality and optimize performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Game Development.
- A passion for gaming and a keen interest in game development.
- Basic knowledge of game engines, such as Unity or Unreal Engine, and programming languages like C++, C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with version control systems and bug tracking software is a plus.
- Relevant experience or completed game development projects (internships, personal projects, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tackling new challenges in game development.
