We’re looking for a fast learner, problem solver, and well-organized person to join our Global Solutions Department now counting over 150 specialists. You will be working on Yardi Voyager, our company’s flagship product, an end-to-end property, and investment management software for residential, office, retail, and industrial real estate. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to launch his career at a multinational company.

Data Guardian is a team of 5 members, providing support to a select portfolio of clients, primarily investors. Our clients outsource their property management and accounting to external companies, also known as data providers, who regularly supply us with valuation, commercial, and financial insights, typically in Excel based formats.

As a member of our team, you will play a major role in processing this data and uploading it into our client’s database using an internal tool called ETL (Extract Transform and Load). Your efforts will enable our clients to access both aggregated and detailed views of their portfolios, empowering them to make well-informed evaluations of their investments.

This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office on a weekly basis.

What you'll do:

  • Heavily rely on Excel and VBA to extract data, identify any corrupted data, perform an initial analysis to assess the quality of the data, then transform it into formats supported by Voyager for import;
  • Perform various checks and investigations, often making use of SQL for this purpose;
  • Contact and train data providers so they send quality data;
  • Troubleshoot and correct errors before and after uploading the data;
  • Implement new processes for our clients;
  • Maintain direct contact with our clients via phone, Zoom, email.

Requirements

  • University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or computer science;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Client management skills;
  • Strong Excel knowledge (VBA/macro skills are a plus);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes;
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan work and meet deadlines;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Understanding the functionalities of the ERP systems;
  • SQL programming is much appreciated and will be put to good use;
  • Accounting background is an advantage.
