We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for creating visually appealing digital products and experiences that are competitive and anticipate the future. We’re looking for someone who is a master of brand storytelling, who can take ideas and translate them into a myriad of emotions in our users. This role plays a strategic part in shaping the future of our products by being the closest to our users, understanding their desires and what makes them tick, and inspiring them to embark on a learning journey with us. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design, conducting customer research, and addressing both business and user pain points.
Create intuitive and efficient user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a delightful user experience.
Develop and manage a comprehensive design system, innovating new components when necessary to meet evolving design challenges.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and operations, to align design objectives with project goals and constraints.
Serve as a mentor to peers, sharing expertise and guiding their growth within the design team.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise
3+ years of experience in a product company developing in-house products on a platform.
B2B environment experience (EdTech would be an advantage)
Knowledge of testing frameworks and practical usage.
Strong eye for modern design, illustration, and prototyping software.
Proficient in creating diverse documentation, from quick sketches to high-fidelity mock-ups.
Skilled in producing clean and on-brand iconography and illustrations.
Demonstrates speed, flexibility, and issue prioritization.
Ability to communicate fluently in English
