We are looking for a talented Senior Portfolio Manager, Skills to join our dynamic team.This role reports to our Senior Portfolio Manager, Skills, and is responsible for assisting in all areas of Skills product development including, execution of key projects, cross-functional collaboration with other Learnlight departments, and ownership of day-to-day learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

Process Ownership and Support

• Own the Pre-sales Query process, liaising with Senior Portfolio Manager, Skills for best approach as appropriate, and with Operations to coordinate support as needed.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Learnlight’s existing Skills solutions including outlines, features, methodology, facilitation materials and digital content. This also includes being an SME for tools such as The Intercultural Assessment and the TIP.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure we offer the best possible support and guidance.
• Collaborate with Marketing regarding collateral for existing and new Skills products, including co-authoring brochures, catalogues, demo scripts etc.
• Provide ongoing support as needed from an implementation perspective. This might include occasional Trainer or Client/Sales support as approved by Head of Skills.
• Serve as a connector between Skills Product and Skills Performance (Operations) teams to assist in Skills Trainer development initiatives (i.e., cross-functional team meetings, educational workshops, trainer upskilling and recognition, etc)
• Collate and analyze feedback from learners, clients, trainers, and internal team members.

Project Support

• Own the implementation and coordination of slide deck improvement projects (e.g. the Living and Working in Country, Leading In...)
• Assist with new solution needs, including design and development, and working closely with other colleagues to launch them successfully.
• Own Skills files and documentation, ensuring we have an effective, streamlined, and intuitive Skills folder.
• Assist Senior Portfolio Manager, Skills in co-designing end-to-end Skills learner experience with Learnlight.

Requirements

• On top of current learning trends, delivery methodology, and learning technology

• Knowledge of intercultural communication theory
• Project management skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English

Education amp; Experience

• Educated to degree level in Intercultural, Communication, Humanities or related area
• 3+ years professional experience
• Demonstrable experience in learning design (i.e., instructional design)
